The Fell Pony makes a good all round family ride or drive. They are versatile
and enjoy jumping, dressage, trail riding, driving…
Stirling Ridge Farm, owned by Glen and Jennifer Costa, started to breed Fell Ponies
in 2006 with our first foals on the ground in 2007. We are a small breeding farm
producing one to three foals per year. Our focus is on play! We work with our
ponies to build relationship and steadily train them to trust and be great partners
to have fun with. Our ponies are started slowly with their needs driving the goals
of the training. We give our babies a gentle, loving foundation that you can expand
upon.
Our herd consists of two Fell mares, one Fell stallion, who we co-own with Braeberry Farms, a Fell yearling filly and a Haflinger mare and her half Fell colt.
Located in beautiful Central Oregon with the mountains as our back drop we enjoy trail riding from our property into BLM and National Forest Land.
